What *I* would do if I somehow got elected, and survived all the subsequent assassination attempts, as President of the United States of America. -[Including: radical changes, random thoughts, and driving tips.]-
What do you mean by reaccess the role and entitlements of corporate entities? Are you talking about 'S' corps, LLC's, LLP's, or 'C' corps?
I don't get any entitlements by being the CEO of my corporation, besides a salary and the constitutional right to fork over tax money and I'm obliged to do it. Thanks USA. Every business has to chose a particular entity and for many a corporation makes the most sense from a tax perspective.
I'm guessing your using the word "corporation" in the manner that people on the left end of the political spectrum like to. You are refering to companies you have deemed to be evil and those you perceive are engaging in business or political practices you oppose, I'm guessing. Don't forget, not every CEO is a Jack Abramhoff (well he wasn't a CEO) or a Kenneth Lay. There are crooks out there on both sides but many huge corporations play a major role in the US and overseas economies and are not evil, I would argue.
